Our History
A-1 Auto Body was started in 1969 by current owner Gary Miller. We have seen many changes throughout our more than 50 years of business, including growing from our original shop size of 5,000 square feet which has turned into Calgary’s largest collision repair facility. A-1 Auto Body has adapted, maintained and exceeded all aspects of the body shop industry, including embracing and keeping up to date on shop technologies, consistently improving our customer service, and adhering to rising insurance standards.

Also in an effort to keep our landfills clean, A-1 is a leader in recycling damaged parts and materials such as plastics, metals, and tires as well as all hazardous waste such as chemicals and batteries.
